Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or neutral oil)
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 scoop Vitauthority chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan.
Step 2
Mash bananas, then whisk in applesauce, butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Fold dry into wet until just combined.
